The project "Themes and Variations" is part of the newly-launched Gen Art program from Sotheby's.

The festival theme is "Who Owns The Truth?" It invites us to reflect on the role of truth in our society, especially in the context of information overload.

Curated by Casey Reas, FF1.0 showcases the wide range of digital art practices, from generative art and machine learning to digital sculpture and code art.

The exhibition covers a span of three decades, from 1952 to 1982, and features more than 100 works by over 50 artists, writers, musicians, choreographers, and filmmakers from around the world.
